Lat 02°12′18″S Long 080°59′20″ W. Salinas Airfield is located on the coast near Salinas City in Santa Elena Province in Ecuador. Today known as General Ulpiano Paez Airport.

Wartime History
During World War II, used by the U.S. Army Air Force (USAAF), 6th Air Force (6th AF) as a base for fighters and bombers.

Today
Still in use today as a civilan and military airport. Today, known as "General Ulpiano Paez Airport". Airport codes: IATA: SNC, ICAO: SESA. Two asphalt surfaced runways: 13/31 measuring 7,995' x 98' and 08/26 measuring 3,641' x 131'.
