American units based at Bishnupur 7th BG, 9th BS (B-24) Gaya arrives February 25, 1943–? departs Pandaveswar 7th BG, 436th BS (B-24) Gaya arrives February 25, 1943–September 25, 1943 departs Panagarh 7th BG, 492th BS (B-24) Gaya February 26, 1943–April 25, 1943 departs Panagarh 5th PRM, 21st PS (F-5) US arrives June 27, 1943–July 12, 1943 departs Kunming/Kweilin–Aug 22, 1943 departs Kunming Today Bishnupur Airfield is disused since the Pacific War.
