March 30, 1943
(NEIAF) B-25C N5-133 conducts an armed reconnaissance over Kaimana Bay. After completing the mission, this B-25 turned for home and at approximately 8:35am was intercepted by two A6M Zeros and claimed both shot down but was damaged and force landed at at Point Jahleel on Melville Island.
