Majuro Lagoon, Calalin Pass, Calalin Island (Luella), Darrit Island, Uliga Island, Biggariat Island (Ruth), Dalap Island (Salome), Majuro Island (Laura), and Eroj Island (Irooj, Lucille). Indicated is Dalap Island (Salome) that was the site of Majuro Airfield and a causeway was built from Ruth Island with a tank farm on it. On Majuro Island, the long strait narrow part is Majuro Airport (New Airport) and a second runwa was built on Uliga Island (Rosalie) for aircraft storage along the runway as Majuro was a aircraft supply depot for U.S. Navy aircraft carriers.
