Location
Norfolk Island is part of the Territory of Norfolk Island an Australian external territory of Australia in the South Pacific. Norfolk Island, Phillip Island and Phillip Island form the Territory of Norfolk Island. To the west is Australia, To the north is New Caledonia and to the south is New Zealand. Prewar, a cable station was located on Norfolk Island as a marine cable between Australia and New Zealand.
