Location
Lat 5° 43' 52" S Long 154° 36' 14" E Hon Island (Mik Mik Island) is to the west of northwest Bougainville Island. Also spelled Mikmik Island as one word. To the north is Taiof Island (Toiokh). To the southwest is Pachem Island and to the south is Bik Island. Today located in Kunua Rural LLG of Northern Bougainville District in Autonomous Region of Bougainville in Papua New Guinea (PNG).
