(USN) Four F6F Hellcats, two photo-recon versions from USS Bunker Hill photographed Fala-Beguets Island and other locations.

February 16, 1944
(USN) Strike 2F: Two F6F Hellcats from USS Intrepid strafe a small boat south of Fala-Beguets Island.
(USN) Strike 3A: An Avenger from USS Monterey makes a torpedo attack against an AK transport west of Fala-Beguets Island but the torpedo porpoised and missed the stern by nearly 15-20' and hit the shore and appeared to explode weakly.

April 30, 1944
(USN) Strike 1-A: Four F6F Hellcats from USS Lexington strafe buildings and the dock on Fala-Beguets Island.
