Location
Lat 7°20'31.2" Long 151°46'55.19" Fala-Beguets Island is in the Nomwisofo Islands In Truk Lagoon in Chuuk State (Truk) in the Federated States of Micronesia. Also known as Fala Beguets Island, Fanapanges Island or Fala Island. Located between Tol Island and Udot Island.
Wartime History
Fala-Beguets Island was garrisoned by seven personnel with 239 civilian employees attached to the 4th Naval Stores Department were based here and supplies were stored on the island. Occupied by the Japanese for the duration of the Pacific War.
