Location
Kahului is located on the north coast of Maui Island in the Southeast Islands (Windward Islands) of the Hawaiian Islands. To the east is Sprecklesville. To the south is Puunene. Prewar and during the Pacific War part of the Territory of Hawaii (Hawaii Territory). Today located in Maui County in the State of Hawaii in the United States.
NAS Kahului (Maui Airport, Kahului Airport)
Built during 1943 to the east of Kahului still in use today as Maui Airport.
