Location
Mie Prefecture is located in the Kansai Region in the south central coast of Honshū in Japan. Borders Ise Bay to the east. Borders Gifu Prefecture to the north and Aichi Prefecture to the northeast. Shiga Prefecture and Kyōto Prefecture to the northwest and Nara Prefecture to the west and Wakayama Prefecture to the southwest.
Tsu (Tsu-shi, Tsushi, Tu si)
Borders Ise Bay to the east.
