Location
Marpi Point is located on the northern coast of Saipan Island in the Mariana Island Group (Mariana Islands). Also known as Cape Toro. To the south is Mount Marpi (Mt. Marpi). Today located in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) in the Mariana Island Group (Mariana Islands) in the United States of America (USA).

Wartime History
At this location, the Japanese built a Marpi Point Airfield (North Field) for use as fighter strip. Occupied by American forces and used until the end of the Pacific War.
