(5th AF) B-25's, P-39's, and P-40's hit Uligan Harbor.

(5th AF) B-24's and B-25's pound Uligan Harbor.

(5th AF) On a strafing mission against the north coast, B-25G 42-64827 pilot 1st Lt Ralph E. Freek (MIA) crashed at Aber village near Uligan Harbor.

(RAAF) P-40 Kittyhawks from 78 Squadron strafe barges at Uligan Harbor. Lost is P-40N A29-537 pilot F/O Eugene H. Weber (KIA).

(5th AF) B-24s, B-25s, A-20s, P-47s, P-40s and P-39s attack targets in areas including Uligan Harbor.

April 7, 1944
(5th AF) B-25s, A-20s and P-39s hit Uligan Harbor.

April 9, 1944
(5th AF) Five P-39 Airacobras from 82nd TRS conduct an armed reconnaissance mission over the north coast including Ulingan Harbor. Shot down by anti-aircraft fire is P-39Q 42-20355 pilot 1st Lt Claude A. Diffenderffer, Jr. (MIA).

(USN) USS Hutchins DD-476) with PT Boat captian Lt Commander Davis aboard to pinpoint coastal targets, USS Bache (DD-470) and USS Daly (DD-519) conduct a shore bombardment against Ulingan.

April 13, 1944
(5th AF) P-39s, B-25s, and B-24s fly light strikes against Uligan.

April 16, 1944
(5th AF) P-39s hit Uligan Harbor.

April 17, 1944
(5th AF) Aircraft operating individually or in pairs, attack Uligan Harbor.

(5th AF) B-25s, A-20s, and fighter aircraft strike a wide variety of targets including Uligan.

(5th AF) A-20s, P-47s, P-38s, and P-39s pound various targets including the vicinity of Uligan Harbor.

(5th AF) A-20s, B-25s and fighter-bombers, operating throughout the day, hit the Wewak and Hansa Bay areas, including targets at Uligan.

(RAN) Barcoo, Kapunda, Wagga, ML-803, ML-817 bombard the coast including Uligan Harbor, Neptune Point and Bunabun Harbor.
