Black Jack's Last Mission This DVD documentary is the history of B-17F "Black Jack / The Joker's Wild" 41-24521 it covers the discovery of the bomber by Rod Peace. The documentary tells the story of the air war in New Guinea and legacy of B-17 Flying Fortresses. Pearce's discovery of the bomber is documented with excellent underwater dive footage of the entire B-17, and research related to the aircraft. David Pennefather was another diver on the expedition. The story covers its former pilot, Ralph DeLoach travel to Papua New Guinea and meeting Rod Peace who takes him aboard his dive boat 'Barbarian' to visit the crash site.
