The red annotations (upper left) "Bomb struck mooring buoy 50 ft. astern of vessel - small fragments penetrated counter (center left) Jap plan crashed against starboard boa crane and burned on boat deck (photo no. 1) at base of no. 1 crane. (Center) Bomb penetrated three decks and exploded at main deck level.
