USS Baltimore (C-3) in Pearl Harbor
The protected cruiser was stripped of usable parts with a flat barge or work boat moored off the port side. Visible on the bow is a group of men standing, likely U.S. Navy 133rd Naval Construction Battalion (133rd NCB) rigging the ship with explosives to be scuttled. In the lower right is a nearby vessel with rigging and sailors visible.
