Background
The Japanese Army Air Force (JAAF) 4th Hiko Sentai (4th Flying Regiment) operated the Ki-10, Ki-27, Ki-44 and Ki-84.

Wartime History
On July 1, 1938 established on Formosa operating the Ki-10.

At the end of the Pacific War, disbanded at Ozuki Airfield in Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan.
