Aircraft History
Built by Martin in Baltimore, Maryland. Delivered to the U.S. Army Air Force (USAAF) as B-26B Marauder serial number 41-17581.

Wartime History
During May 1942 assigned to the 5th Air Force (5th AF), 38th Bombardment Group (38th BG), 69th Bombardment Squadron (69th BS). Assigned to pilot 1st Lt. Cliford A. Johnston. Nicknamed "Yap Trap" in a cursive font.

During June 1942 took ff from Hamilton Field piloted by 1st Lt. Cliford A. Johnston on a ferry flight to Hickam Field on Oahu to join the Hawaiian Defense Command. Later, flown across the Pacific to the South Pacific (SoPAC) and operated from New Caledonia and later Guadalcanal.

On February 27, 1943 transfered to the 13th Air Force (13th AF), 42nd Bombardment Group (42nd BG), 70th Bombardment Squadron (70th BS).

Ultimate fate unknown, likely scrapped or otherwise disappeared.
