Aircraft History
Built by Kawanishi at Konan Plant in Kobe. Registered in Japan as J-BFOY in black on the rear fuselage. Tail code "J" painted in back. Nicknamed "Sazanami".

On January 23, 1941 took off from Palau on a third test flight for this proposed route a flight to Dili and landed in Dili Harbor and was serviced by Nanyei Maru (Nanei).

Ultimate fate unknown, likely scrapped or otherwise disappeared.
