Location Lat 34° 40' 60N Long 135° 10' 0E Kobe capital of Hyōgo Prefecture in the Kansai Region of Honshū in Japan. Borders Kobe Harbor and beyond Osaka Bay and Osaka to the east. Hien Monument Erected by the 68th Sentai and 78th Sentai Hien Pilots Association, for the hundreds of KIA pilots and ground crewmen at Gokoku Jinja Shrine.
