Aircraft History Built by Nakajima during August 1943. Uncoded serial number 927. Delivered to the Japanese Army Air Force (JAAF) as Ki-43-II Oscar manufacture number 5927. Assigned to ? Sentai. Wartime History Destroyed on the ground and abandoned at Danip Airfield (Alexishafen Airfield No. 1). Wreckage Vestiges of 77th Sentai markings exisited on the tail into the 1970's, and a fuselage band. Empenange of the aircraft only remaned in the early 1970s. The skin was corroded from grass fires. No information on the wereabouts of this wreckage today, if recovered, scraped or otherwise removed.
