Enlargement of Ki-48 Lily 1258 nose abandoned at Nubia Airfield near Hansa Bay
This bomber had green upper surfaces with a pair of vertical white stripe on the rear fuselage. The last two digits of the manufacture number, "58" were painted on the nose. The two Australians are (1) Major Ralph Weppner, QX40879 from 25th Infantry Battalion standing in the cockpit and (2) Private Morgan seated on the fuselage.
