Mission History
On July 24, 1943 took off on a mission over Bena Bena (Benabena). Over the target area, shot down by ground fire and crashed nearby.

Wreckage
After the crash, the wreckage of this aircraft was located by Australian forces. Possibly, Ki-61 Tony crashed near Goroka is this aircraft.
