Built by Kawasaki. Delivered to the Japanese Army Air Force (JAAF). Assigned to either the 68th Sentai or 78th Sentai. No known markings or tail code. Possibly Ki-61 Tony 175, Ki-61 Tony 356 or Ki-61 Tony 401.

Wartime History
Force landed or crashed near Hansa Bay.

Wreckage
Most of the wreckage has been scrapped, only the engine and portions of the wings remain.  In the nearby village are the two machine guns and oil tank.
