Built by Vought. Delivered to the U.S. Navy (USN) as OS2U-3 Kingfisher bureau number 5909.
Display
During the 1980s, displayed aboard USS Massachusetts (BB-59) at Battleship Cove but over the years was damaged from years of exposure outdoors. In 1998 to NASM Garber Facility and restored with fuselage number 13. Since December 2003, displayed suspended from the ceiling at NASM
Udvar-Hazy Center.
