JAAF ? Sentai |
Aircraft History Unknown Japanese Army Air Force (JAAF) twin engine aircraft that crashed near Sialum. Wreckage Unknown Japanese Army Air Force (JAAF) twin engine aircraft that crashed near Sialum. Likely, Type 100 Heavy Bomber Donryu / Ki-49 (Helen). Ray Fairfield adds: "I found a photo I snapped at the Japanese crash. The picannini was cold in the rain, late in the day, we didn't spend any time there, just scrap metal. Obviously twin-engined, and Japanese 20mm ammo around. I also remember belted heavy ammo, probably 12.7mm." References Thanks to Ray Fairfield for additional information Contribute
