Location Lat 43° 31' 27N Long 124° 47' 10E Kungchuling Airfield (Gongzhuling Airfield) is located to the west of Kungchuling (Gongzhuling) in Manchuria in northeast China. Between 1932–1945 part of Manchuria (Manchukuo). Today known as Gongzhuling Air Base in Jilin Province in China. Construction Built by the Japanese prewar, operational since at least the middle 1938. Japanese units based at Kungchuling 12th Sentai (BR.20) Col Harada Uichiro circa August 1938–mid June 1939 Harbin Today Still in use today as a military airfield known as "Gongzhuling Air Base".
