Location North Avenue Airfield (Quezon Airfield) was located at North Avenue on the Diliman Estate in Quezon City to the northeast of Manila in National Capital Region (NCR) of Luzon in the Philippines. Wartime Usage During 1942 occupied by the Japanese. On February 8, 1945 liberated by the U.S. Army soldiers. Although not an official airfield, this runway was used as an auxiliary airstrip for light liaison aircraft during the Battle of Manila during February 1945 until early March 1945.
