The National Capital Region (NCR) contains the national capital Manila plus the sixteen surrounding cities and municipalities in Luzon in the Philippines. Also known as Metro Manila. Today, the National Capital Region is the seventh largest metropolitan area in terms of size in Asia, and the sixteenth in terms of of urban population worldwide.

Quezon (Quezon City)  located to the northeast of Manila today the largest city in the Philippines.

Malabon  located to the northwest of Manila.
Caloocan (Kalookan)  located to the north of Manila.
Manila (City of Manila)  national capital of the Philippines.
Navotas (Navotas City) located at the northwest of Manila bordering Manila Bay.
Manila Bay  borders Manila and the Bataan Peninsula.
San Juan  located to the east of Manila. at the center of Manila.
