Lat 1° 4' 60N Long 127° 30' 0E Djailolo is located at an elevation of 357' / 108m on a peninsula in the western central portion of Halmahera Island (Pulau Halmahera). Also spelled Jailolo or Djaibolo. Prewar and during the Pacific War located in the Netherlands East Indies (NEI). Today located in North Maluku Province (Provinsi Maluku Utara) in Indonesia.
