Location Lat 15° 52' 60N Long 120° 35' 60E Carmen is a barangay of Rosales at an elevation of 95' / 28m above sea level in the 6th District (District VI) in the southeeast of Pangasinan Province in the Ilocos Region (Region I) of northern Luzon in the Philippines. Also spelled Carmay. Borders the MacArthur Highway. To the east is Rosales. To the north is the Ango River and beyond Villasis. Today divided between East Carmen and West Carmen. Wartime History On January 19, 1945 one column of U.S. Army 129th Infantry Regiment, 37th Division liberates Carmen without resistance.
