Lat 14° 40' 41" N Long 120° 15' 55" E  Morong is located at an elevation of 3' / 1m above sea level on the west coast of the Bataan Peninsula in Bataan Province on Luzon in the Philippines.

Wartime History
On January 16, 1942 the U.S. Army, 26th Cavalry (Philippine Scouts) Troop G led by Lt. Edwin P. Ramsey deployed to Morong. Deciding his best hope was an immediate attack, Ramsey launched a wild cavalry charge, scattering the Japanese and was the last horse cavalry charge of by the U.S. Army.
