    Pacijan Island Cebu Province Philippines
Location
Pacijan Island is located in the west of the Camotes Islands in Cebu Province in the Central Visayas (Region VII) in the Visayas (Visayas Islands) in the central Philippines. At the north center is Lake Danao and San Francisco on the eastern shore. To the east is Poro Island and to the north is Tulang Island (Tulang Diot).

Wartime History
On January 20, 1945 U.S. Army 7th Div Task Force reconnoiters Pacijan without incident. On February 2, 1945 the force withdraws back to Leyte leaving the 2d Bn, 94th Inf (PA) garrison Poro and Pacijan.
