Location
Babelsberg Strait borders Vokau, Pro and Lemieng villages the north coast of New Guinea. The northern edge is formed by Ali Island, Tapel Rock, Seleo Island and Angel Island. To the northwest is Aitape Harbor (Aitape Road) and beyond Aitape. Prewar and during the Pacific War part of the Sepik District in the Territory of New Guinea.
