Sepik Province in Papua New Guinea (PNG) borders the Sepik Highway road between Maprik and Dreikikir.
Wartime History
During January 1945 Japanese Army defenders occupied positions at Balif area. On January 23, 1945 bombed by RAAF Beauforts from No. 100 Squadron.
