Lat 4° 30' 0S Long 145° 25' 60E Meiwok is located on the north coast of New Guinea. To the west is Ulingan Harbor. Also known as Mewok, Mawock, Mawock Plantation or Meivok. Prewar and during the Pacific War located in Madang District in the Territory of New Guinea. Today located in Madang Province in Papua New Guinea (PNG).
