Location Tetepare Island is part of the New Georgia Island Group (New Georgia Islands) in the central Solomon Islands. Also spelled Tutipari or Tetipari in some sources. Borders Blanche Channel and beyond New Georgia to the north and Rendova Island to the northwest and the Solomon Sea to the south. Also known as Tutipari Island. Prewar and during the Pacific War part of the British Solomon Islands Protectorate (BSIP). Today located in Western Province in the Solomon Islands.
