Located at Virginia Beach Airport. The Fighter Factory is a private collection of historical aircraft and not a museum normally open to the general public. We do allow occasional visits during normal weekday working hours, but suggest that you telephone before your anticipated arrival. The Fighter Factory operates many WW II airworthy aircraft including a P-40 Kittyhawk, Hurricane Mark XII RCAF5667, Vickers Supermarine Mark IX Spitfire, P-51D Mustang, FG-1D Corsair, TBM Avenger, PBY Catalina, Polikarpov I-15bis, AD-4 Skyraider, Polikarpov I-153, Polikarpov I-16, Polikarpov Po-2 and many more.

Aircraft Collection
Owned by Gerald Yagen. Note, all of these aircraft are not presently at the parent museum. Many are under restoration elsewhere or flying. Part of the collection is displayed to the public at Military Aviation Museum.

Restorations
Onsite restoration facilities and partnerships with overseas restorers. Overseas restoration work is being done at Precision Aerospace in Australia (FG-1 Corsair, F4U Corsair, OS2U, P-40E). Also, AV Specs Ltd in New Zealand (Mosquito and DH89). There are several restoration projects being completed including a Messerschmitt Bf-109, A-26 Invader, being restored at Military Aviation Museum.
