This documentary by producers Robert Keets and Kevin tell the story of SBD-4 Dauntless 10348 pilot Lt. James Wilson Dougherty and radio-gunner Sgt Robert D. Bernard that ditched into Rendova Harbor in the Solomon Islands. View online at YouTube: Lost Warriors of the South Pacific. The documentary begins with underwater SCUBA diving footage of SBD-4 Dauntless 10348 as host Kevin Juergensen narrates while seated in the cockpit. Includes an interview with historian Dr. Ronnie Day and former pilot veteran James Wilson Dougherty. USMC Major, retired. Both Kevin Juergensen and Robert Keets dive other underwater wrecks including an F4U Corsair and G3M2 Nell. The video also includes interviews with veteran Saul Millstein, USMC Lt. Col, retired.
