Aircraft History
Built by Yokosuka (Kugisho) at either Yokosuka or Kasumigaura and painted overall gray. Delivered to the Imperial Japanese Navy (IJN) as MXY7 Model 11 Ohka manufacture number 1018. Nose I-13 with a Cherry blossom insignia on each side of the nose.

Wartime History
During 1945, this Ohka operated from Yontan Airfield on Okinawa. On April 1, 1945 this Ohka was captured by American forces at Yontan Airfield.

Display
Afterwards, this Ohka was transported to the Philippines then to the United States. By June 1945 studied by the U.S. Navy (USN) Navy Air Material Unit, 4th Naval District.

This Ohka is displayed at the entrance to the World War II gallery at the National Museum of United States Marine Corps (USMC Museum).
