Location Miyara Airfield is located near Miyara on southeast Ishigaki Jima in the in the Yaeyama Islands (Yaeyama Island Group) in the Sakishima Islands in Okinawa Prefecture of Japan. Starting in April 1945 until the end of the Pacific War targeted by Allied carrier planes including fighters and bombers.
