On February 19, 1942 at 2:00am the Japanese begin landing at forces landed at Denpasar on Bali. Afterwards, U.S. aircraft from Java attack the landing force but fail to halt the invasion. Afterwards, the Japanese occupy Bali for the remainder of the Pacific War until the official surrender of Japan.
