Location
The Tokara Islands 吐噶喇列島 (Tokara-rettō) is an archipelago of small islands the Nansei Islands and the Satsunan Islands in the Ryukyu Archipelago in the East China Sea. To the north is Kyūshū. To the south is the Amami Islands (Amami-Guntō). Today located in Kagoshima Prefecture in Japan.
Suwanosejima 諏訪之瀬島 (Suwa-no-se Jima)
Suwanosejima (Suwa-no-se Jima, Suwanose Shima) is located in the Tokara Islands.
