Location
Lat 16° 17' 11N Long 121° 5' 39E Dupax is located along Highway 5 in Municipality of Dupax del Norte in Nueva Vizcaya Province in Luzon in the Philippines. Also spelled Dupax. Today, split into two towns: to the north is Dupax del Norte. To the south is Dupox de Sur with Saint Vincent Ferrer Parish Church (Dupax Church).
Wartime History
During late January 1945 after the defeat of Japanese armor in the central Luzon in Pangasinan Province and Nueva Ecija Province, the surviving elements of the 2nd Tank Division regrouped and reorganized at Dupax.
