| Location Nueva Vizcaya Province is located in the Cagayan Valley region of central-northern Luzon in the Philippines. In Spanish, means "New Vizcaya" named after Vizcaya Province in Basque Country of Spain. Borders Ifugao Province, Isabela Province, Quirino Province, Aurora Province, Nueva Ecija Province, Pangasinan Province and Benguet Province. Nueva Vizcaya Province Locations Balete Pass (Dalton Pass) mountain pass to the west of the Cagayan Valley. Villa Verde Trail mountain pass from Santa Maria in Pang over the mountains to Santa Fe in Nueva Vizcaya. Santa Fe located at the eastern end of the Villa Verde Trail on Highway 5. Imugan located on the Villa Verde Trail. Aritao located on Highway 5 to the south is Santa Fe. Solano located on Highway 5 to the northeast is Bagabag.
