| Location Nueva Ecija Province is located in central Luzon in the Philippines. Nueva Ecija means "New City" in Spanish. Borders Pangasinan Province to the north, Tarlac Province to the west. Beyond to the southwest is Manila. Nueva Ecija Province Locations Munoz (Muñoz) located on Highway 5 to the southwest of San Jose. San Jose town located at the intersection of Highway 5 (Route 5) and Highway 8 (Route 8). Lupao town located four miles southwest of San Jose on Route 8. San Isidro (San Isador) town located on on Highway 8 (Route 8) to the northwest is Lupao. Rizal town connected by a trail to San Jose to the west. Digdig town located on the Highway 5, towards Caraballo Mountains. Kapintalan (Capintalan) town located on the Highway 5, towards Caraballo Mountains. Guimba town north of Cabanatuan used during the Cabanatuan Raid "The Great Raid". Talavera town located to the north of Cabanatuan.
