Location The 3rd District (District III) is located at the center of Pangasinan Province in the Ilocos Region (Region I) of northern Luzon in the Philippines. Borders 4th District of Pangasinan to the north, 5th District to the east, 2nd District to the west and the provincial border with Tarlac Province to the south. Mapandan Mapandan is located at the northeast corner of 3rd District. Calasiao Lat 16° 5' 40N Long 120° 21' 48E Calasiao is an inland town located to the south of Dagupan. After the American amphibious landing on January 9, 1945, Calasiao was used as a staging area by the U.S. Army moving southward. Santa Barbara Lat 16° 0' 4N Long 120° 24' 12E Santa Barbara is located at an elevation of 45' / 13m to the west of Urdaneta. Malasiqui (Malaquisi, Malisiqui) Lat 15° 55' 5N Long 120° 24' 50E Malasiqui is located south of Santa Barbara and west of the Cabaruan Hills.
