Location The 2nd District (District II) is located at the east center of Pangasinan Province in the Ilocos Region (Region I) of northern Luzon in the Philippines. Borders Lingayen Gulf to the north, 1st District to the east, 3rd District to the east, 4th District to the northeast and the provincial border with Tarlac Province to the south. Lingayen Lat 16° 1' 0N Long 120° 13' 60E Located at the center of Lingayen Gulf. Dagupan and San Fabian are located to the east. Binmaley Lat 16° 1' 57N Long 120° 16' 16E Coastal town where the US Army landed on "Yellow Beach" on January 9, 1945 as part of the initial beachhead area.
