| Location Guimaras Strait is located in Guimaras Province in the Western Visayas (Region VI) in the Visayas (Visayas Islands) in the central Philippines. Guimaras Strait connects the Visayan Sea with Panay Gulf and the Sulu Sea beyond. To the north and west is Panay Island, Guimaras Island and Inampulugan Island.
