Location The 5th District (District V) of Pangasinan Province is located in the Ilocos Region (Region I) of northern Luzon in Philippines. Borders the provincial border with La Union Province to the northwest, Benguet Province to the north, and 4th District to the west and 3rd District to the southwest and 6th District to the east. Sison Sison is located at the northern edge of Pangasinan Province on Luzon in the Philippines. Pozorrubio Lat 16° 6' 48N Long 120° 32' 34E Inland town in Pangasinan. Battle for Pozorrubio January 12, 1945. Laoac Laoac is located at the center of the 5th District. Binalonan Binalonan is located 12.4 miles east of Mangaldan inland from Lingayen Gulf. Small town on the highway, midway between Pozorubio and Urdaneta. Site of battle between Japanese and American tanks. Potpot Potpot is a barangay west of Binalonan. Urdaneta (Urdeneta) Lat 15° 58' 34N Long 120° 34' 16E Inland town 13.3 miles southeast of Mangaldan sitting astride of a major north-south (MacArthur Highway) and east-west road junction. Battle between Japanese Army and US Army liberation forces occurred here January 16-17, 1945. Linmanzangan (Linmanzangan) Linmansangan is an inland town at an elevation of 144' / 43m above sea level in the 5th District of Pangasinan Province on Luzon in the Philippines. Villasis Villasis is located to the south of Urdaneta, Rosales is to the south-west acros the Agno River to the south. Santo Tomas Santo Tomas is located in the southeast of the 5th District. Alcala Alcala is located in the south of the 5th District. Bautista Bautista is located in the south of the 5th District. On January 14, 1945 U.S. Army 37th Div, 129th Inf liberates Bautista.
